Camille, Adam, & Dean have been crafting cocktails & serving up good times for years at special events & top bars in downtown Raleigh's entertainment district!
With Longleaf Libations, we’ve taken our passion for exceptional service and memorable experiences on the road and straight to you!

Camille K
Camille discovered her passion for bartending while earning her Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics. She fell in love with delighting guests with unique cocktails & the connected moments she could help create.
Camille was inspired to launch Longleaf Libations when planning her own wedding. She knew how important the bar is to an events success and wanted to provide couples with a seamless, all-inclusive, and luxurious experience.
With experience spanning bartending, nutrition, sales, and customer service, Camille brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and warmth to every celebration.
Dean K
A real spirit's enthusiast! Dean has 21+ years of experience managing bars and working for major liquor brands, such as Tito's.
His extensive experience in launching brick-and-mortar bars, in-depth brand knowledge, and attention to detail make him the perfect resource for helping you craft a unique cocktail menu and upscale ambiance for your event.
Always with a huge smile and focus on customer-service, Dean is guaranteed to bring great vibes and libations to your special occasion.
Adam O
Adam has 10+ years of bartending experience at craft cocktail bars, wedding venues and high-speed volume bars.
He started bartending as a student at NC State while pursuing his degree in Statistics. He continues to work behind the bar today in the popular Raleigh downtown entertainment district.
Adam's worked over 150 weddings over the course of his bartending career.
