Terms of Service

1. About Longleaf Libations

Longleaf Libations LLC provides mobile bartending and beverage services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, celebrations, and other events throughout Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas of North Carolina.

Our services may include professional bartending, mobile bar setup, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, custom cocktails, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, bar supplies, cleanup, and other event-related services depending on the package selected.

Specific services, pricing, staffing, event times, beverage selections, and other details are established through the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or event contract.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or related systems.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information.

• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or collect website content without authorization.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with an individual or organization.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe it is being misused.

3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Pricing

Information displayed on this website, including package descriptions and general pricing information, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Event pricing may depend on factors such as guest count, event location, service hours, beverage selections, staffing requirements, bar setup, customization, travel, and other event-specific requirements.

Submitting an inquiry or downloading our pricing guide does not reserve an event date or create a service agreement between you and Longleaf Libations.

A booking becomes confirmed only after the requirements stated in the applicable event contract, proposal, or invoice have been satisfied.

4. Event Bookings and Payments

Longleaf Libations generally requires a signed contract and a 50% retainer to reserve an event date. The remaining balance is generally due 10 days before the event and may be adjusted based on the final guest count, service hours, or other agreed event details.

The specific payment schedule, cancellation terms, refund provisions, rescheduling policies, and other booking conditions contained in your signed event contract or invoice control your individual booking.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed event contract, the signed event contract will govern matters relating to that event.

5. Alcohol Service

Longleaf Libations is committed to responsible and lawful alcohol service.

Alcoholic beverages will be served only in accordance with applicable North Carolina laws, regulations, permits, venue requirements, and responsible alcohol-service practices.

We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any individual who:

• Is under the legal drinking age;

• Cannot provide acceptable proof of age when requested;

• Appears intoxicated;

• Behaves in a threatening, dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate manner; or

• Should otherwise not be served under applicable law or responsible alcohol-service standards.

Our bartenders may stop or limit alcohol service when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Guests and event hosts are responsible for complying with applicable alcohol laws and venue requirements.

6. Client-Supplied Alcohol and Permits

Certain events may allow or require clients to provide their own alcoholic beverages. Depending on the event, location, and circumstances, the event host may be responsible for obtaining permits or authorizations required by the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission or another applicable authority.

Longleaf Libations may provide general information about permitting requirements as a convenience, but such information does not constitute legal advice.

The client remains responsible for obtaining any permit assigned to the client under the event agreement or applicable law.

7. Event and Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their event, including the date, location, guest count, venue restrictions, access requirements, and other information reasonably necessary for us to provide services.

Our ability to perform services may be affected by venue rules, weather, accessibility, utilities, parking, loading conditions, safety requirements, government restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for obtaining permission from the venue for the services and equipment included in their booking.
